Vape Ceramic Core Coils - KangerTech Vape Devices and Replacements

Ceramic coils are an interesting, and even newer, development than the ever-popular mesh coils. While some early studies showed extremely marginal and as-yet-unproven health risks with ceramic coils, they’re nevertheless a popular and high-quality coil option. While Vaporesso is typically credited with pioneering this technology, many other manufacturers have jumped aboard the ceramic train, including Smok, iJoy, and KangerTech.

Ceramic coils aren’t quite what they sound like. These coils still utilize metal wires, whether it’s Kanthal or stainless steel or another metal, it’s actually the wicking material that is ceramic. This might sound odd, but porous ceramic can actually absorb e-juice extremely well – and it does so without the issues presented by cotton! Typically, your coils burn out because your cotton has reached the end of its lifespan. Cotton can only absorb and burn through so much e-juice before its time is up.

Ceramic, on the other hand, is much better at dealing with heat. As such, it takes a super long time for ceramic coils to burn out, in comparison with other options. This makes them a super cost-effective option without sacrificing anything in the way of flavor. While there are arguments to be made whether ceramic is better- or worse-tasting than mesh, you can’t argue with the fact that these coils have an insane lifespan and still manage to vape really well.

KangerTech, one of the earliest electronic personal vaporizer manufacturers in China, was established in 2007. They uphold the highest quality standards -- therefore, all KangerTech products must pass CE, RoHS and SGS certifications and meet the international environmental management system's rigorous ISO 14000 standards.
