Joya Pack

The VapeOnly Joya 11W Pod received mixed reviews, it was loved by some and hated by others, let’s break it down.  Joya is a tiny pod, it’s perfectly pocketable, it feels solid but the resin design feels plasticky.

The Joya looks like a Lamborghini. It's the Fast and Furious of pod systems. Joya features a built-in 450mAh battery accompanied by multi-colored LED lights that indicate battery levels.

Joya is equipped with a refillable pod that contains a 1.2ohm ceramic coil primed for both regular e-liquids and nic salts.

Now onto the performance, let's tackle the cons first, I’ll let you know right now this device isn’t suited for cloud chasers. When you vape, there is little to no vapor production nothing comes out. The MTL hit is weak, it depends on your preference for a  tighter or loose draw.

Next, the Joya doesn’t include a battery life display; all you have to rely on are the LED lights. Also, It would have been nice if VapeOnly included more than one pod in the packaging.

For the pros, Joyah delivered on flavor. The pod has a nice flavor profile that suits both nic salts and regular e-liquids. It’s warmer than most pods if that’s your preference.

Although some didn’t like the MTL draw, One reviewer was thrilled about it. Vaping Insider said, "It’s a nice satisfying draw, it’s a little tighter than the middle-of-the-road MTL”.  Aesthetically, the Joyah pod is visually stunning, it’s a bonus that you can visibly see your e-liquid.

Final Thoughts

I’d say the only real thing Joya has going for itself is a distinctive design. Other than that, there's really nothing. The beginners may get a kick out of this because it’s got a nice cigarette draw.

In my opinion, there are other portable devices on the market that can outperform this one. VapeOnly needs to release a second version of the Joyah with updated features, increased cloud production, better MTL and DL coils, and include another pod in their packaging, preferably with a mesh coil option.

Still, I'd recommend this to newbies and even vape enthusiasts as a novelty item. Other than that meh, it gets a 5/10.
