The Teslacigs Aerolite 20W pod stuns with a shiny gunmetal chassis. It’s the ultimate compact waiting for your pocket. The Aerolite pod is a rather simple set up with the power button directly in the center of the mod.

I will say, I was surprised at the weight of the device, it’s not heavy but it feels well-made with good construction. The pod detaches from the mouthpiece, which includes a mouth-piece cover. When you pull the cover off, you can easily view your e-liquid levels.

The Aerolite is equipped with two coil options including a 0.6ohm coil option ranging from (15-30W) and a 0.9ohm coil rated (7-15W). The coil is a simple round wire with a vertical build. The Aerolite offers a 2mL refillable capacity and is backed by a powerful 1000mAh battery.

Let’s take a look at the pros and cons. Starting with the negatives, the paint finish on the chassis is a fingerprint magnet. Prepare to constantly wipe the pod off. Next, is the mouthpiece cap, sure it was a lovely concept but it doesn’t stay attached. You will lose it (trust me). It would have been better if they attached it to the bottom of the pod for more security.

The final con is the propriety coils and the pods. First, the coils have no adjustable airflow, the coils have a little knob on the bottom that looks like it’s adjustable but nope, it’s just for decoration, (Teslacigs, why'd you have to play us like that?) Teslacigs doesn't have the greatest distribution so if you enjoy the pods and the coils many reviewers were concerned that they wouldn’t be able to find them in the future.

Now what you’ve all been waiting for, the pros. Overall the performance of the Aerolite is amazing, it’s got a nice smooth flavor and excellent cloud production. Teslacigs included two coil options, a huge pro, considering you may never find the coils again. The fact that you can view your e-juice levels is another pro. Aesthetically, the paint finish feels and looks high-quality. Also, the pod has a nice heaviness to it that makes it feel luxurious.

Final Thoughts

Overall, Telacigs did a bang-up job. The Aerolite pod is a little bit above average. It’s not like your average run of the mill pod. It’s got above average flavor and above-average clouds.

There’s nothing exactly special about it, but you get a nice performance and a portable friendly vape. If Teslacigs included a wider range of coil options and maybe included an extra pod it would be a bit better. For now, it’s a fantastic beginner pod and a sufficient backup. I’d recommend it.
