For the ladies – and for some men as well, I’m sure – a lipstick-shaped vape has arrived. Minus the actual lipstick, this kit is shaped like what you’d find in a purse. Whether you’re hoping to conceal your vaping, or go stealth, or you just simply love the look of it, this is a fantastic kit to buy.

Discreet and unique, with three attractive colors, you receive great portability and functionality for the price and size. The 1000mAh promises long-lasting and continued use. It might be discreet, but it definitely lasts a long while.

We placed this lipstick under the microscope and analyze each feature to bring you a complete review of this product. We also consult outside professionals for their pros and cons. This way, you receive a thorough and unbiased consensus that will help you decide if you’d like to skip this or buy it today.

First Impression:

Unique Aesthetic

From the moment my eyes caressed the Lady Q as I unpacked it, I realized it wasn’t for me. I got the red one and it is already too feminine. But that’s a good thing! If you like these unconventional vapes, you will probably like it. You get a pre-installed coil and a spare coil. For a novelty kit, that is a huge plus.

After you unpack it and assemble it, it will look just like this:

Atomizer, Tank & Airflow

Aside from the lipstick look, the atomizer can also hide in its body. So, after you finish puffing on this, you simply pull the atomizer out and turn it over. It’s very simple and convenient.

The tank provides top filling with two huge holes, which are super convenient, but a problem for me is the 1.5mL e-liquid reservoir. That tank size will last me like ten seconds. Despite its unique selling point, it is not as feminine as it may appear, especially the black one. The adjustable airflow allows mouth to lung and restrictive lung hit.

Coils & Charging

The kit provides two 0.7ohm coils, which provide glorious vapor and, when paired with the 1000mAh battery, you can sustain a decent experience before you have to recharge. That depends, of course, on your vaping style. But let’s face it, if you purchased a novelty kit like this, you know what you’re signing up for. This is a pod system; an AIO device of sorts; not a sub-ohm tank. Let’s manage our expectations here.

The passthrough charging is fantastic. You can vape while charging, and the coils are crazy cheap.

Safety Measures & Firing Button

If you fire it for longer than 8 seconds, it will shut off for protection. The battery is designed with overcharging and overheating parameters and a simple and smooth wattage range of 15 – 25W. You may have to refill your e-juice more often than recharging your battery, that’s for sure.

Other Professional Opinions:

Don’t just take my word for it. Let’s go over what other professionals had to say:

Matt from SMM

  • A spare coil, which is fantastic
  • Coils provide satisfying, warm vapor
  • Airflow ring is nice
  • Pieces fit together nicely with minimal wiggle or rattling
  • Passthrough capability – you can vape as you charge
  • Decent battery
  • 12mg liquid is ideal

  • Plastic Delrin threading can cross-thread and feels bad
  • Fingerprint magnet on the black color
  • No spare glass included

  • Cool look will appeal to some users
  • 1000mAh battery
  • Easy top fill is great
  • Spare coil included
  • Magnetic connection is strong and clicks in place

  • Parts wobble a little bit and don’t fit too snugly

Zophie Vapes

  • User-friendly - no complicated menu or functions
  • Great airflow
  • Spare coils
  • Decent coils can put up with chain-vaping

  • A little spitback (sometimes)
  • Bottom firing sensor activates if it touches metal
  • Battery charge indicator glows green regardless of charge level

Summing up the Lady Q, this is a novelty kit that delivers exactly what it promises. That could be a problem if you expect more than what you read. Yes, a 1000mAh battery lasts a long time but with a 1.5mL e-liquid reservoir, how many times will you refill until your battery runs out?

This is probably best experienced for stealth or discreet vaping. As we manage our expectations and know what we’re getting ourselves into, let’s dig into what the reviewers had to say.

The universal agreement was: this is a novelty kit. Nobody is pretending this is a top-of-the-line mod paired to a killer sub-ohm tank designed to shoot at that level. No. This is a fantastic AIO kit that brings the basics on a silver platter. The firing button sits on the bottom of the device and is more of a sensor than a button. Which is a problem considering you can activate the sensors if you place the vape over a metallic surface. Reviewer Zophie placed it on her iPhone, on a metallic plate, ceramic, etc., and most of these activated the firing sensor. Luckily, the 8s cutoff function will come into play. The firing button is also slightly uncomfortable to hit – you need to use your pinky finger to vape which is not the most pleasant.

The airflow design offers four airflow settings and can be adjusted easily with a twist. The tank hides inside the body and keeps the lipstick aesthetic intact. The device doesn’t offer many customizable options, but the vapor is extremely satisfying all things considered.

The coils get good grades across the board and the flavor as well. Reviewer Matt from SMM recommends using 12mg e-Liquid with the included coils for best flavor. The lipstick look will definitely have people asking you questions or wanting to try it out. It’s a unique vape with very basic features.
